Breakfast, the first meal people are meant to eat to kickstart their day, is often overlooked and replaced by stimulants, such as coffee. While caffeine can certainly trick your body into thinking you’re awake and alert, it does not provide you with the vital nutrients you need to sustain those energy levels. Oh, and coffee has got nothing on real food when it comes to supporting a healthy, nutritious lifestyle.
