A dozen doctors have written to the Queensland Government warning that airborne disease specialists need to be employed to investigate whether there was any airborne transmission of the UK strain of coronavirus at Brisbane’s Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Cardiologists, anaesthetists, general practitioners, nurses and physicians signed the letter, asking for aerosol scientists and occupational hygienist to be engaged, along with a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) expert, if they have not been already.
