While many men try using supplements or other medications to help with erectile dysfunction (ED), the possibility that a change or addition to diet could be helpful is intriguing.  According to the result of small study recently published in the journal Nutrients, Spanish researchers found that eating 60 grams of nuts a day (about 2 handfuls) led to improved sexual function.

The researchers chose to study healthy participants of reproductive age in order to determine if regular consumption of nuts had any effect on sexual function.
