• The CDC has published a new coronavirus immunity study from South Korea that indicates asymptomatic patients and those with mild COVID-19 cases will develop a strong immune response that can be detectable via antibody tests up to 8 months after the infection.
  • The study also indicates that more than half of the participants had neutralizing antibodies after 8 months.
  • The researchers prove that some of the existing antibody tests can measure COVID-19 immune responses in the population accurately and help predict herd immunity.
