Do you want to be happier? That’s a pretty silly question–who doesn’t want more happiness? Fortunately, there are simple things we can all do to raise our happiness quotient that are actually supported by scientific research. No need to travel to a remote mountaintop, sit in meditation for hours, or even quit your day job.
